How many extensions/strands do you need for a full head? Our u-tip hair extensions are sold in 25 strands. Firstly to decide on the amount of hair you will require it will depend on many factors such as of the density, length, volume etc, but on average we suggest you need around 150-200 strands for a full head or 75-100 strands for a half-head fitting.
